- All countries: email contact@satiovex.com with your order number before you send anything back. We confirm the next steps within 1 to 2 business days, and return shipping is free with a prepaid label.
- Refunds: issued within 5 business days of approval, to the payment method you used. They usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- United Kingdom and EU: you also keep a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after delivery, with exceptions. GOV.UK lists the UK exceptions and Your Europe lists the EU exceptions.
- United States, Canada and Australia: the 30-day guarantee applies. We do not summarise local consumer law for these countries here.
- Damaged, faulty or incorrect item: email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we replace or refund in full.
